About the Role
Job Title: HR Intern Internship Tenure - 9mnths to 1year. Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment (screening resumes, scheduling interviews) Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Help prepare documentation Assiting Manager in other HR activites. Eligibility / Requirements Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology , or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and time-management abilities Basic knowledge of HR processes (preferred) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) Willingness to learn and ability to maintain confidentiality
