About the Role We're growing a YouTube channel dedicated to video poems and kids content , and we need a skilled Video Editor who can bring scripts to life with engaging visuals, clean cuts, and child-friendly storytelling. You'll work closely with the Content Lead to produce videos that hold young viewers attention from the first frame to the last second. Salary: Upto 30k Per Month Responsibilities Edit engaging YouTube videos with strong pacing and flow Create motion graphics, subtitles, animations, and visual effects Generate/source visuals, B-roll, and assets using AI tools Repurpose long-form videos into Shorts/Reels Maintain high viewer retention through dynamic editing Collaborate with Content Lead on creative execution Requirements Strong video editing and storytelling skills Experience with motion graphics and animation Mandatory experience using AI tools for media generation and editing workflows Understanding of YouTube pacing, retention, and visual packaging Ability to work fast in a high-volume content environment Preferred Tools Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Runway, Midjourney, Kling, Sora, ElevenLabs, Adobe Firefly, or similar AI tools
