About the Role
As a Financial Crime Compliance Consultant at Aml Job, you will be responsible for ensuring the organization's compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and combating the financing of terrorism (CFT) regulations. This involves conducting risk assessments, reviewing and drafting AMLCFT policies, and providing compliance support to the team.
Day-to-day, you will work closely with the compliance team to identify and mitigate potential financial crime risks, and ensure that all business activities are conducted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential financial crime risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Review and draft AMLCFT policies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide compliance support to the team, including training and awareness programs.
- Conduct due diligence on customers and third-party vendors to ensure compliance with AMLCFT regulations.
- Monitor and report on AMLCFT compliance metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that business activities are conducted in accordance with AMLCFT regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in AMLCFT regulations and ensure that the organization's policies and procedures are compliant.
Skills & Qualifications
- CA qualification (Chartered Accountant) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of AMLCFT regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with AMLCFT software and tools.
