Position Overview The University invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor – Marketing from dynamic academicians and professionals with a strong passion for teaching, research, and academic administration. The candidate should demonstrate expertise in core and emerging areas of Marketing and contribute effectively to curriculum development, research publications, student mentoring, and industry engagement. Key Responsibilities Teaching & Academic Delivery Teach undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education courses in Marketing. Deliver engaging classroom sessions using case studies, simulations, experiential learning, and technology-enabled pedagogy. Develop course material, lesson plans, assessments, and academic resources aligned with university standards. Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification Ph.D. in Marketing or related Management discipline from a recognized university. MBA/PGDM with specialization in Marketing with excellent academic record. NET qualification preferred where applicable as per UGC norms. Experience 0–5 years of teaching/research/industry experience for Assistant Professor level. Candidates with corporate exposure and practical industry experience will be preferred. Desired Skills Strong conceptual knowledge in Marketing. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Research orientation with publication potential. Proficiency in digital learning platforms and analytics tools. Ability to work in a collaborative academic environment.
