About the Role
The Performance Marketing Specialist – Real Estate will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and conversions for Amberstone's properties. This involves planning and executing performance marketing strategies across channels such as paid search, social media, display, and remarketing.
As a key member of the marketing team, the specialist will analyze campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, collaborate with sales and branding teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, and recommend new tactics to enhance lead quality and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and conversions for Amberstone's properties.
- Plan and execute performance marketing strategies across channels such as paid search, social media, display, and remarketing.
- Analyze campaign metrics and prepare performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and branding teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
- Recommend new tactics to enhance lead quality and engagement, and continuously refine Amberstone's digital marketing approach.
- Stay updated on industry trends and tools to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
- Work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools to interpret campaign performance and derive insights.
- Proficiency in performance management and performance testing to optimize campaigns and improve key metrics.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in digital or performance marketing are an advantage.
- Prior experience in performance marketing within real estate or a similar high-value, B2C sector is preferred.
