About the Role

This role is part of Amazon Railings' Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) team, where you'll be responsible for investigating key processes and defects, analyzing data, and supporting both merchant and customer experiences.

You'll work in an innovative team, driving operational excellence, system support, and process design that spans the entire company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead investigations and root cause resolutions for high-impact FBA merchant and customer issues.
• Analyze large data sets to identify problem statements around seller experience and program-related issues.
• Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for weekly execution to solve critical seller experience problems.
• Submit product ideas to drive SOPs at scale.
• Report metrics related to the program and draw insights on key patterns and problems.
• Work with internal and external customers to communicate effectively and deliver great customer experiences.
