Field Quality Assurance Specialist, AU OTR ACES

About the Role

As a Field Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in Amazon's last-mile delivery network in Australia. Your primary goal is to identify, design, and deliver process improvement solutions to enhance customer experience and optimize delivery performance.

On a daily basis, you will work in the field to complete address data quality routines, monitor and analyze data to track key quality metrics, and perform audits and assessments of field processes and procedures.

You will use your analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and communicate any quality problems or concerns that impact the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily routines in the field of address data quality to improve delivery quality.
• Monitor and analyze data to track key quality metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform audits, assessments, and deep dives of field processes and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Use logical thinking and analytical skills to identify potential areas for improvement and design process improvement solutions.
• Communicate any quality problems or concerns that are impacting the customer experience and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Verify potential access codes and delivery instructions for assigned addresses and update records as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis and planning performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Experience in logistics or warehouse operations is preferred, but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, logistics, or operations management.
