About the Role

In this role, you will work as a Data Associate, responsible for processing annotation and data analysis tasks with high efficiency and quality in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to make judgment-based decisions while following guidelines provided in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Your tasks will be primarily repetitive in nature, and you will contribute to team initiatives to improve overall process efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Process annotation and data analysis tasks with high efficiency and quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver on assigned Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like productivity, turnaround time, and quality.
• Make judgment-based decisions while following guidelines provided in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Contribute to team initiatives to improve overall process efficiency and quality.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or issues that may impact the quality of work or team performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to improve skills and knowledge.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
