Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with sales teams, presenting technical concepts, troubleshooting customer issues, and supporting sales processes to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams Ability to understand technical requirements and propose practical solutions Experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality support Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field Previous experience in sales engineering roles is a plus Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
