About the Role

As a Telecaller for Alpine Modular Interiors' B2B Corporate Sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads and nurturing client relationships through outbound calls. Your primary goal will be to identify potential customers and facilitate sales coordination to drive business growth.

Working in a fast-paced sales environment, you will need to be proactive, results-driven, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through targeted outbound calls and email campaigns.
  • Nurture existing client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate sales efforts and achieve sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, track leads, and analyze sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Alpine Modular Interiors' products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Skills & Qualifications

  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate sales efforts and achieve sales targets.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
