Your role, your impact As a Talent Attraction Sourcing Associate, reporting to the Manager, Talent Attraction, you'll support US teams by identifying and pre-screening specialized talent in IT consulting and digital transformation services. Leveraging market analysis, targeted sourcing strategies, advanced tools, and artificial intelligence, you'll build effective pipelines while ensuring a professional, human candidate experience. Working closely with Talent Attraction Advisors, you'll conduct proactive sourcing activities and rigorous application assessments, contribute to market intelligence efforts, and help strengthen Alithya's employer brand, all while supporting mandate success. Your day-to-day Market analysis and talent intelligence: Maintain ongoing monitoring of talent pools, evolving skills, and market practices; Conduct market analyses and benchmarking by role, location, and segment (trends, skill availability, compensation levels). Sourcing strategy and execution: Propose and implement targeted sourcing strategies based on needs and market realities; Execute these strategies using advanced techniques (Boolean search, AI, LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, professional networks). Resume screening: Review resumes and profiles based on defined criteria (skills, experience, level); Submit qualified profiles to Talent Attraction Advisors for phone pre-screening. Pipeline and ATS management: Build and maintain active, up-to-date candidate pipelines; Document sourcing activities in the ATS (ORC) and ensure data quality through to phone pre-screening. Keys to your success University degree in Human Resources, Management, Computer Science, or related discipline; Experience in sourcing and talent research, ideally with candidates based in North American markets; Strong command of advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray, ATS); Ability to analyze market data and recommend effective approaches; Ability to engage passive candidates; Excellent organization and communication skills; Comfortable working with international teams. Extra edge Experience in consulting or in an IT headhunting/search firm, notably as a researcher; Knowledge of AI solutions applied to sourcing.
