About the Role

As a Software Engineer (AI Training) at Alignerr, you will be responsible for developing and training AI models using various programming languages and frameworks. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models using Python, JavaScript, Java, C, and Go programming languages.
• Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess and prepare data for AI model training.
• Implement and test AI algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Debug and troubleshoot AI model issues to ensure smooth product performance.
• Contribute to the development of software design patterns and best practices for AI model development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to improve our models and products.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, C, and Go programming languages.
• Experience with data structures and algorithms, including sorting, searching, and graph traversal.
• Knowledge of software design patterns and principles, including object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Familiarity with debugging techniques and tools, such as print statements, debuggers, and logging.
• Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
