We're looking for Masters in Public Health (MPH) graduates to help ensure that AI systems provide accurate, evidence-based health information grounded in scientific consensus and ethical guidelines. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your domain knowledge directly shapes how millions of people will interact with AI on critical health topics. What You'll Do Design Complex Health Scenarios — Develop advanced public health challenges covering disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and statistical interpretation of clinical trial data Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses that synthesize peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and authoritative guidelines from sources like the CDC and WHO Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for factual accuracy, potential bias, and adherence to ethical standards — flagging misinformation and logical gaps Refine AI Reasoning — Provide structured feedback that helps models distinguish correlation from causation, communicate health risks clearly, and adapt messaging to diverse populations Who You Are Holds a Masters in Public Health (MPH), MSPH, or closely related graduate degree Strong foundational knowledge in at least two of: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy Able to translate complex health data into clear, culturally sensitive, and actionable written content Detail-oriented when working with statistical significance, data citations, and intervention logic No prior AI experience required — we'll get you up to speed Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or research review workflows Proficiency with data analysis tools such as R, SAS, or Stata Background in health communication, clinical research coordination, or public health surveillance Why Join Us Work on high-impact AI projects with leading research labs and teams Fully remote and asynchronous — work on your own schedule, 10–40 hours/week Freelance flexibility: high autonomy, global reach, and meaningful variety in your work Directly contribute to making AI safer and more accurate on topics that affect public health worldwide Strong potential for ongoing contract renewals as new projects launch
