E-commerce Data Analyst

About the Role

We're looking for E-commerce Data Analysts to review, categorize, and improve product data that powers next-generation AI shopping and recommendation systems.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone who shops online and has a systematic, detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review product listings for accuracy, completeness, and correct categorization
• Evaluate AI-generated product descriptions and recommendations for quality and relevance
• Tag and classify products using structured category systems and guidelines
• Identify duplicate, misleading, or low-quality product entries
• Provide clear, structured feedback to help improve AI-powered product search and discovery

What You'll Need

• Comfortable navigating online shopping platforms and familiar with how product categories work
• Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, systematic approach to tasks
• Able to work with structured data and web-based tools
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
