About the Role
Server Hardware support with basic troubleshooting skills and expertise in part replacement Job Responsibilities Proactive Monitoring of all the servers using BSE tools CPU & Memory utilization & monitoring. Expertise in part replacement of Server hardware Respond to and own Incident till resolution Engage customer contracted hardware and software support vendors to facilitate incident resolution Work with customer support teams to review & resolve incidents Co-ordinate with customer contacts to with BSE vendors in case of hardware failures or involvement of third party vendor is required. Raid and iLO configuration of HPE server Correlate related incidents together into a problem ticket and manage through the problem management process Implement best practice configurations relating to specific vendor recommendations Basic Server hardware troubleshooting Server hardening as per the policy recommendations by BSE Server Inventory Management Technical Skills/Knowledge Requirement Expertise in part replacement of Server hardware (Must) Raid and iLO configuration of HPE server (Must) Basic Server hardware troubleshooting (Must) Server Inventory Management (Good to Have)
