The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and understanding customer needs to provide tailored solutions. Additional responsibilities include representing the company at meetings or events, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting set sales targets. The role requires regular reporting on sales progress and market feedback. Qualifications Proven skills in client relationship management, communication, and customer needs analysis Expertise in sales techniques, negotiation, and achieving targets Ability to research and identify growth opportunities within the market Proficiency in time management and organizational skills Familiarity with CRM software and basic IT systems is preferred Proactive and self-motivated individual with a results-driven attitude Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred Previous experience in field sales or direct client engagement is an advantage
