Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Karnal. The position involves driving new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing high-potential leads, building relationships with potential partners, and managing client accounts. Responsibilities also include analyzing markets, creating strategies to achieve revenue targets, and collaborating with internal teams to align business goals and deliver exceptional results. Qualifications Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation Knowledge of Business processes and the ability to create effective business strategies Advanced Communication skills for building client relationships and conveying ideas clearly Proficiency in Account Management to oversee and maintain client satisfaction Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is considered an advantage
