What would you be doing Ideate & Script: You'll brainstorm high-performing ad concepts for platforms like Instagram and YouTube. You'll write scripts that grab attention and drive action by the end. Deep-Dive Research: You'll conduct primary research (customer interviews, surveys) and secondary research (competitor analysis, trend spotting) to figure out exactly what makes our audience tick. Performance Support: You'll work alongside the Performance Marketing team to analyze how your ads are actually doing. You'll learn to look at a dashboard, see what's failing, and pivot the creative strategy accordingly. Creative Testing: You'll help develop creative experiments—testing different hooks, visual styles, and CTAs to find the winning formula for scale. What makes you a suitable candidate You have recently graduated or are currently in your final year You live on social media. You know the latest memes, audio trends, and editing styles before they hit the mainstream.
