About the Role
As an HR Intern at AIMS Institutes, you will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources Department in various tasks, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and day-to-day HR operations. This role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh HR graduates to gain practical industry experience and exposure to end-to-end HR functions.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be involved in bulk recruitment drives, employee onboarding, and HR documentation, among other responsibilities. This internship is ideal for those looking to kick-start their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support bulk recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions.
- Source candidate profiles through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Conduct preliminary telephonic screening of candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Skills & Qualifications
- BBA (Human Resource Management) or MBA (Human Resource Management) degree.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
What You'll Learn
During this internship, you will gain practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment, bulk hiring strategies, employee onboarding, HR documentation, HR operations, employee engagement activities, HR compliance, HRMIS & data management, and interview coordination.
You will also develop skills in performance management basics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and professional communication.
