About the Role
This Marketing Associate role involves working on real business marketing projects, gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and business growth. You'll be trained in key marketing domains and work on live assignments to understand practical implementation.
As a Marketing Associate, you'll be responsible for assisting in various marketing activities, including SEO, social media management, content creation, and campaign analysis. You'll work closely with the team to develop and execute marketing strategies, and contribute to building the company's digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content planning
- Assist in running and analyzing ad campaigns (Google Ads / Meta Ads)
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities
- Plan and create social media content (posts, reels, captions, content calendar)
- Support in brand building and digital presence growth
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare basic reports & insights
- Collaborate with the team on marketing strategies and execution plans
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, and business growth
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Good communication and content writing skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving approach
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks
- Basic understanding of SEO, paid ads, and marketing tools
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
