About the Role
This Analyst, Marketing Analytics and Strategy role at Agoda is a fantastic opportunity for a fresher to dive into the world of digital marketing and data analysis. As a key member of the Performance Marketing Team, you'll be working closely with experts from diverse backgrounds to develop and optimize marketing programs that drive customer lifetime value.
On a daily basis, you'll be experimenting with text ads, bidding, and campaign structures on various search engines, analyzing vast amounts of data generated by experiments, and building dashboards for account managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Experiment with text ads, bidding, and campaign structures on Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver, and other search engines.
- Adapt to new product features and roll out changes from successful tests.
- Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
- Analyze the vast amounts of data generated by experiments, develop models for optimization, and build dashboards for account managers.
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Team to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and data analysis.
- Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from a top university in a quantitative subject (computer science, mathematics, engineering, or science).
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Good numerical reasoning skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Intellectual curiosity.
- Proficiency in one or more data analysis packages or databases, e.g., SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL.
- Experience in digital marketing (optional).
- Academic research experience (optional).
