Role Description This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Field Sales Representative located in Odisha, with flexibility work-from-home arrangements. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and presenting tailored energy solutions. Key tasks include conducting market research, meeting sales targets, managing client portfolios, and preparing detailed sales reports to communicate progress and opportunities. Qualifications Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in market research and client relationship management Ability to analyze client energy needs and recommend tailored solutions Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Organizational and time-management skills to handle client accounts effectively Working knowledge or experience in the energy sector is a plus Proficiency with sales and CRM tools preferred A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage though not necessary.
