About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop effective sales strategies.
As a Customer Sales Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop effective sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales experience and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of sales software and tools
- Certification in sales or customer service (optional)
