About the Role
As a Customer Engagement Specialist at Adwings Immigrations, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through effective communication, resolving their queries, and providing them with the best possible solutions. Your primary goal will be to engage customers, address their concerns, and ensure their satisfaction with our services. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Provide customers with information about our services and products, and address any concerns or objections they may have.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell our services to existing customers.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide customers with the latest information and insights.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Good understanding of customer needs and preferences, with the ability to provide customers with the best possible solutions.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in Hindi and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages.
- CRM software skills, with the ability to use CRM tools to manage customer interactions and relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in any field, with a minimum of 0-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
