About the Role

As a Management & Costing Accountant, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data to inform business decisions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing project costs. Your day-to-day tasks will involve reviewing financial statements, identifying areas for cost reduction, and implementing effective cost management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and implement cost management strategies to optimize project costs and improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including taxation and accounting standards.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for cost reduction.
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial models and forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving initiatives and improve business processes.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in taxation and accounting standards, and ensure compliance with new regulations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, and taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software.
• Experience with project costing and cost management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
