Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketing Executive located in Mumbai. The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for lead generation, maintaining strong customer service and support, and executing telephonic sales strategies. The role includes managing client communication, following up on leads, addressing inquiries, and maintaining long-term customer relationships to support business growth. Qualifications Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales strategies Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills Excellent Communication skills, including telephone etiquette and active listening Ability to meet sales targets and demonstrate goal-oriented performance Familiarity with CRM tools and basic knowledge of sales reporting Prior experience in telemarketing or a related field is preferred High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in any field is an advantage
