About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers calling in with queries, complaints, or concerns. Your role will involve resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Working in a US rotational shift environment, you will need to be adaptable and flexible to accommodate varying time zones and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Listen actively to customer concerns, empathize with their issues, and provide personalized solutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Adaptable and flexible to work in a US rotational shift environment, with a willingness to adjust to varying time zones and schedules.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Versant score of 60 or higher required.
