About the Role
This role involves working as a technical support specialist, providing assistance to customers with their Adobe products. You will be guided by senior engineers and mentor supervision as you handle inbound customer queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve product-related problems.
You will be working within Service Level Agreement (SLA) frameworks, aiming to meet SLA targets independently. This role also involves documenting issues accurately in the case-management system and contributing to knowledge-base articles.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries with guidance from senior engineers and mentor supervision.
- Troubleshoot and resolve base-level technical and product issues.
- Escalate complex cases with clear documentation.
- Work within SLA frameworks to meet SLA targets independently.
- Document issues accurately in the case-management system.
- Contribute to knowledge-base articles.
- Participate in rotational shift coverage.
