About the Role

As an Independent Insurance Distributor at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to customers in Faridabad. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

You will work independently to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of banking and finance principles, including insurance products and services
  • Certification in customer relationship management or sales would be an added advantage
