SAP Sales Distribution Specialist

About the Role

This role involves working with SAP and other IT applications to improve business agility, growth, and responsiveness. You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and customizing warehouse and logistics functions to enhance processes and IT compliance.

As an SAP Sales Distribution Specialist, you will work closely with IT and business functions to ensure seamless application rollouts and zero loss of business-critical functions and data.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily tickets and ensure application stability to achieve 100% SLA.
• Develop strong working relationships with key IT and business functions to communicate effectively and efficiently.
• Manage and mentor a support team to ensure timely delivery of tasks and projects.
• Monitor and manage data hygiene across the application through exception reporting systems.
• Ensure timely availability of data (MIS) through reports, dashboards, and tools for supporting business decision-making.
• Support business teams during application rollouts and ensure seamless implementation of new business applications.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SAP and other IT applications, including data management, dashboards, and functional specifications.
• Experience with exception reporting systems and business application customization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with IT and business functions.
• Ability to manage and mentor a support team to ensure timely delivery of tasks and projects.
• Basic knowledge of data management and MIS (Management Information System) tools.
