About the Role

This Sales Leadership Program at Aditya Birla Capital is designed to develop the next generation of sales leaders through an accelerated career path. As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for driving sales of financial products, deploying effective marketing strategies, and ensuring pre- and post-sales support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of financial products and achieve sales targets as per the goal sheet.
  • Deploy effective marketing strategies to sell financial products.
  • Ensure all pre- and post-sales support and services to customers/clients.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders and partners and align to their requirements.
  • Plan and manage manpower, lead teams, and develop and support team members in their deliverables.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism in working roles.

Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM with specialization in Sales & Marketing/BFSI.
  • 0-3 years of prior experience in sales and marketing.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools.
