About the Role

The Aditya Birla Capital Sales Leadership Program (SLP) is a 2-year program designed to develop the next generation of sales leaders through an accelerated career path.

This program is intended for post-graduate students from colleges across India, providing them with the opportunity to build a robust career in the sales verticals of all our business lines of Aditya Birla Capital.

Responsibilities

Key Result Areas include:

  • Driving sales of financial products and achieving sales targets
  • Deploying effective marketing strategies to sell financial products
  • Ensuring pre- and post-sales support and services to customers/clients
  • Relationship management with stakeholders and partners
  • Manpower planning, team management, and developing team members
