About the Role
The Aditya Birla Capital Sales Leadership Program (SLP) is a 0-3 year program designed to develop the next generation of sales leaders through an accelerated career path.
This program is intended for post-graduate students from colleges across India, providing them with the opportunity to build a robust career in the sales verticals of all our business lines of Aditya Birla Capital.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of financial products and achieve sales targets as per the goal sheet.
- Deploy effective marketing strategies to sell financial products.
- Ensure all pre- and post-sales support and services to customers/clients.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and partners and align to their requirements.
- Plan manpower, manage teams, and continuously develop and support them in their deliverables.
What You'll Need
- MBA/PGDM with specialization in sales & marketing/BFSI.
- 0-3 years of prior experience in sales.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in working roles.
- Highly motivated and passionate to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to get results in a high-demanding environment.
- Willingsness to work from any location.
- High learning agility and willingness to learn on the ground.
- Comfortable with regular business traveling within the zone/region assigned.
