About the Role

The Aditya Birla Capital Sales Leadership Program (SLP) is an accelerated career path designed to develop the next generation of sales leaders.

Responsibilities

The Sales Trainee will be responsible for:

  • Driving sales of financial products and achieving sales targets
  • Deploying effective marketing strategies to sell financial products
  • Ensuring pre- and post-sales support and services to customers/clients
  • Relationship management with stakeholders and partners
  • Manpower planning, team management, and developing and supporting team members

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MBA/PGDM with specialization in Sales & Marketing/BFSI
  • 0-3 years of prior experience in sales
  • High level of professionalism, motivation, and ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
  • Comfortable with regular business travel within the assigned zone/region
