About the Role
The Aditya Birla Capital Sales Leadership Program (SLP) is designed to develop the next generation of sales leaders through an accelerated career path.
This program is intended for post-graduate students from colleges across India, providing them with the opportunity to build a robust career in the sales verticals of all our business lines of Aditya Birla Capital.
Responsibilities
To drive Sales of financial Products and achieve Sales Targets as per the Goal Sheet.
Deploying effective marketing strategies to sell financial products.
To ensure all the Pre- and Post-Sales Support and Services to the Customers / Clients.
Relationship Management with stakeholders and partners and aligning to their requirements.
Manpower planning, Team Management and continuously developing and supporting them in their deliverables.
What You'll Need
- MBA / PGDM with specialization into Sales & Marketing / BFSI
- 0 – 3 years Prior Experience: Sales Trainee
- Able to maintain high level of professionalism into their working roles.
- Highly motivated and passionate to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to get results in high demanding environment.
- Willingness to work from any location.
- High Learning agility and willingness to learn on the ground.
- Comfortable for regular business travelling within the Zone / Region assigned.
- Ambitious to make a long term career in sales.
