About the Role
The Aditya Birla Capital Sales Leadership Program (SLP) is an accelerated career path designed to develop the next generation of sales leaders.
This program is intended for post-graduate students from colleges across India, providing them with the opportunity to build a robust career in the sales verticals of all our business lines of Aditya Birla Capital.
Responsibilities
Key Result Areas include:
- Driving sales of financial products and achieving sales targets
- Deploying effective marketing strategies to sell financial products
- Ensuring pre- and post-sales support and services to customers/clients
- Relationship management with stakeholders and partners
- Manpower planning, team management, and developing team members
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- MBA/PGDM with specialization in Sales & Marketing/BFSI
- 0-3 years of prior experience
- Able to maintain high professionalism, be highly motivated, and passionate to work in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to get results in a demanding environment
- Willingness to work from any location and travel regularly
- High learning agility and willingness to learn on the ground
