About the Role
Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
A. Customer Assistance:
1. Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs
3. Provide product knowledge and styling suggestions to enhance the shopping experience
B. Sales Support:
1. Achieve individual and store-level sales targets
2. Upsell and cross-sell to maximize basket size
3. Maintain a strong understanding of current promotions and offers
C. Store Operations:
1. Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, folded, and displayed as per visual merchandising standards
2. Participate in regular stock replenishment and inventory checks
3. Support in stock receiving and backroom organization
D. Billing & POS Handling:
1. Assist in billing procedures at the point of sale (under supervision)
2. Handle cash/card transactions accurately
E. Cleanliness & Hygiene:
1. Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned floor area and fitting rooms
2. Ensure store hygiene protocols are followed diligently
F. Team Collaboration:
1. Coordinate with team members and support the store manager in daily tasks
2. Participate actively in briefings, training sessions, and sales events
