Data Analyst

About the Role

As a Data Analyst at Aditya Birla Capital, you will be responsible for extracting insights from large datasets to inform business decisions. Your day-to-day tasks will involve working with various data tools and technologies to analyze and visualize data, identify trends, and develop data-driven recommendations.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data solutions that meet their needs. Your role will play a critical part in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
• Develop and maintain data visualizations using Power BI and other tools
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop data solutions
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure data quality and integrity
• Conduct data quality checks and ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights to business stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization concepts
• Proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, Python, and Power BI
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Experience with data visualization tools and technologies
