About the Role

This Accountant- Trading role at ADDURCO involves managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable and payable. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, including journal entries and general ledger accounts. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Maintain the general ledger, ensuring that all accounts are up-to-date and accurately reflected.
• File GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax returns in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage accounts receivable, ensuring that all invoices are sent and payments are collected in a timely manner.
• Manage accounts payable, ensuring that all bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring that financial goals are met.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally or SAP.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of import and export regulations.
