About the Role
As a Telecaller at ADA Tech Solutions, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, prospects, and partners to communicate product information, resolve queries, and gather feedback. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers, prospects, and partners to communicate product information and resolve queries.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.
- Use CRM software to manage customer interactions, track leads, and analyze sales performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners through regular communication and follow-up calls.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales team to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales performance metrics.
Skills & Qualifications
- Verbal communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with customers, prospects, and partners.
- Computer skills: proficiency in using CRM software and other productivity tools.
- Teamwork: ability to work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve common goals.
- Listening skills: ability to actively listen to customers and respond to their queries and concerns.
- Problem-solving skills: ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Bachelor's degree in any field: a degree in business, marketing, or communications is preferred but not required.
- CRM software: experience in using CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot is a plus.
