About the Role

As a Telecaller at ADA Tech Solutions, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, prospects, and partners to communicate product information, resolve queries, and gather feedback. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers, prospects, and partners to communicate product information and resolve queries.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.
• Use CRM software to manage customer interactions, track leads, and analyze sales performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners through regular communication and follow-up calls.
• Provide feedback and insights to the sales team to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales performance metrics.
