About the Role

As a Physiotherapist at ACHIEVERS SPOT Hiring For Medical Coding, you will be working closely with medical professionals to develop treatment plans for patients with various physical disabilities and injuries. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough assessments, create personalized exercise programs, and provide education to patients on how to manage their conditions. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical limitations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Design and implement exercise programs to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Provide education to patients on how to manage their conditions, including proper techniques for exercises and stretches.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, including doctors, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure seamless care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physiotherapy to provide evidence-based care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement new treatment programs.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy principles and practices, including manual therapy and exercise prescription.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
• Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other software used in the healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of pharmacy and biomedical principles, as well as nursing practices, is a plus.
