• Risk Assessment:Perform risk assessments during the design phase to surface manufacturability concerns early.

• Make & Buy Strategy:Build a make-or-buy strategy based on part criticality to achieve Right First Time (RFT) outcomes.

• Working Standards:Develop manufacturing process designs, SOPs, and standard operating procedures for fabricated and machined components.

• Routings & Work Measurement:Develop routings and conduct work-measurement and method studies to identify optimisation opportunities.

• New Product Execution:Take ownership of executing new product builds, including jigs and fixtures concept design and development.

• Root Cause & Cost:Conduct root cause analyses, generate cost-saving ideas, and provide technical support to production and suppliers during development activities.
