Role Description This is a hybrid full-time role for a Field Sales Engineer, primarily based in Ludhiana with some flexibility for work-from-home. The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing accounts, developing customer relationships, and providing technical sales support for advanced measurement and inspection equipment. The role includes preparing and delivering product demonstrations, identifying customer needs, crafting solutions, and meeting sales objectives. Collaboration with teams to ensure customer satisfaction and periodic reporting will also be part of the responsibilities. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales, Sales Engineering, or Account Management Strong understanding of Electrical Engineering principles Skills in Sales Management and customer relationship building Capability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and within a team Education background in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred Prior experience in B2B technical sales is an advantage
