About the Role

An Application Support Engineer at Accenture in India will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of software applications. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications, including identifying and resolving issues, and implementing process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and operations teams, to ensure seamless application performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, technical notes, and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical applications.
  • Conduct regular health checks on applications to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the software industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and end-users.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Git, SQL, and REST APIs.
  • Experience with Python programming language.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
