About the Role

In this role as an Accenture App Automation Associate, you'll be working on automating application maintenance tasks using Automation Anywhere, RPA, and AI-based bots. You'll be responsible for solving routine problems, handling incident management, and troubleshooting issues under the supervision of your direct supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Support automation in application maintenance with Automation Anywhere, RPA, and AI-based bots.
• Help with automated/assisted ticket resolution, ticket analytics, and monitoring.
