HR Service Delivery New Associate

About the Role

In this role as an HR Service Delivery New Associate, you will be responsible for processing incoming requests, resolving service requests, and working collaboratively with the team to provide support to employees. This includes designing employee data processes to manage employment data, records, and transactions using standard technologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and understand client processes as per business rules.
• Execute processes accurately and timely as a hands-on processor.
• Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.
• Provide the highest level of customer service.
• Complete onboarding formalities and execute process steps related to people movement and benefits administration.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of client data.
• Update client applications accurately and quickly in accordance with User Guides.

Working Conditions

This role requires flexibility in working hours, including rotational night shifts. You should be willing to work in shifts that may include 7am-3pm ET/ 5:30pm -1am IST or 1pm to 9pm ET/ 11:30pm – 7am IST.
