About the Role

Accenture’s Trust & Safety team works to keep the internet safe by testing, evaluating, and improving AI systems and platforms. As a Business Advisory New Associate, you will analyze user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content, investigate issues, and help clients enhance content quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust & Safety team.
• Develop and execute prompt strategies to interrogate large language models on sensitive topics.
• Analyze model responses for appropriateness and apply client guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to create comprehensive understanding of responsible AI issues.
• Contribute to best practices and guidelines for content moderation.
