About the Role

The Payroll University Trainee program at Accenture is designed to build future-ready talent with foundational expertise in Global Payroll processes combined with emerging AI and Automation capabilities. This role provides fresh graduates with structured learning and hands-on experience across payroll operations, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll processing activities including data inputs, validations, and outputs.
• Gain understanding of payroll components such as earnings, deductions, taxes, and statutory compliances.
• Assist in payroll audits, reconciliations, and data validations.
• Analyze payroll data using Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Support preparation of dashboards, reports, and operational insights.
• Identify discrepancies and trends in payroll data.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Commerce, Finance, HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong Communications & Analytical Skills.
• Microsoft Office.
• Basic Python skills.
• Power BI or data visualization tools.
• Good understanding of payroll processes and compliance.
