About the Role
As an AI/ML Computational Science Associate at Accenture, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining Python-based applications and scripts. You will participate in coding, debugging, and troubleshooting activities, and assist in developing REST APIs and backend services.
You will work on data processing, reporting, and analytics solutions, and participate in code reviews and follow coding standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions, and prepare technical documentation and project updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and scripts.
- Participate in coding, debugging, and troubleshooting activities.
- Assist in developing REST APIs and backend services.
- Work on data processing, reporting, and analytics solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and project updates.
Skills & Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science) degree with a strong academic background.
- Relevant certifications in Python, Cloud, Data Analytics, or AI are an added advantage.
- 0-1 years of experience in software development, preferably with experience in Python.
- Good knowledge of Python programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms, SQL and Database Concepts, REST APIs, Git/Version Control, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Django, Flask, FastAPI, Pandas, NumPy, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and AI/ML concepts.
