About the Role

As a Technical Support Associate at Accentrix Solutions, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat. Your primary goal will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software applications, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Day-to-day, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development and quality assurance, to identify and escalate complex technical issues. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in providing clear explanations and solutions to customers, while also documenting and tracking issues in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software application issues, including installation, configuration, and usage
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and escalate complex technical issues
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Provide clear and concise explanations of technical solutions to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with software application updates, releases, and technical changes

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues
  • International voice process experience, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and customer service principles
  • Technical support experience, with a focus on software applications
  • Proficiency in CRM software, with experience in documenting and tracking customer interactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
